Q: How many copies can a toner do? 

A: Every toner cartridge has a manufacturers recommended yield at 6% area coverage on A4. However, there can be a positive or a negative variance in the yield depending on the density of the copies produced.

Q: Is there a life span for Toners?  

A: Generally a toner cartridge can be stored at normal climatic conditions for even up to 6 months to a year. However, a change in the moisture levels can cause the toner powder to get lumps. This will make the toner unusable. 

Q: Is it necessary to use Canon Genuine Toners? 

A: Please note that only genuine toners purchased from Metropolitan should be used in order to maximize performance of your machine and avoid unnecessary repairs to the unit as the usage of Non-Genuine toners or toners purchased from un-authorized sources can seriously damage the components of your machine.

Q: Where can we purchase Canon Genuine Toners?

A: Metropolitan Office Ltd is the only Authorized Business Partner / Distributor for Canon Copiers and toners in Sri Lanka. Toners need to be purchased directly from Metropolitan Office or at any of the Island wide branch offices.

Q: How can we purchase? 

A: Anyone can visit our office at #12, Magazine Road, Colombo 8 and purchase toners. Furthermore, we are now geared to deliver even a single cartridge of toner to your doorstep free of charge within Colombo city limits.
