The metropolitan group identified a pressing need for housing in the country, resulting in the entry to this sector, through its fully owned subsidiaries, namely Metropolitan Property Holdings Private Ltd, and Metropolitan Residencies Private Ltd. A Board of Investment (BOI) approved company; is a subsidiary of the widely diversified Metropolitan Group, with a proud history that spans almost five decades. Metropolitan Residencies was set up with the objective of enhancing the quality and standard of life, whilst positively contributing towards the country’s housing development sector and the country’s economy.
